When I was a little girl, I remember watching my grandmother quilt. I would sit under the frame and watch the needle pass through the fabric. She always told me that she’d teach me how to quilt. She never got around to it, so when I got into cross stitching, I decided to create my own interpretation of quilting. This piece reminds me of my grandmother and when I was young
